What's a Tugger™, anyway?
If you don't have a Tugger, you are at a disadvantage! Our Tuggers have been used at Erzberg, Paris-Dakar, Last Man Standing, 24 Hours of Glen Helen, the ISDE, Romaniacs, and by racers and trail riders all over the world. The Tugger lift strap provides a convenient gripping point near the front or rear of your dirt bike. Most dirt bikes don't have a place to grab that won't toast your fingers or get your gloves all muddy. And sometimes you need to grab your bike in a hurry! No more groping for a place to grab—the Tugger is ready when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't. You will appreciate the Tugger™ on the trail when you need to maneuver it over a rock, around a tight switchback or get it out of a deep rut,and even just moving your bike around in the garage. After riding with the Tugger™, you'll never want to ride without one again. There are four styles of Tuggers available - download our application chart (Excel) or application chart (.pdf file) to check which style you need. Email us if you have questions. Lost a part? Sure. Our custom embroidery looks great! Like a personalized license plate, use our custom embroidery option to send a message to everyone who sees your bike. We have as much fun as our customers as we see some of the imaginative requests for custom embroidery. Keep 'em coming! DISCLAIMER: We TRY to adjust the length of your custom Tugger so the embroidery is roughly centered. Sometimes we get it wrong, and sometimes modifications like taller seats make it not centered. If you want to make sure, email us the length between mounting bolts (center to center) that the Tugger will need to be.What if I don't want custom embroidery?
No problem! The webbing we use is custom manufactured for us and looks great. The custom weave has a "TUGGER TUGGER TUGGER" pattern lightly woven into the webbing continuously. (You can't tell it's there in the photos, but you can in real life.) You won't be disappointed in the way your Tugger™ looks if you order a stealth (no embroidery) version.Rear Tugger™ Style 1 (Bolt-On)
This is the model that started it all! Fits most dirt bikes. Easy to install, lightweight, tough, and convenient. After riding with the Tugger™, you'll never want to ride without one again.BEFORE ORDERING: Review the application chart (Excel file) or application chart (.pdf file). If you don't see your model, email us! We probably have a Tugger for your bike, we just haven't looked at all bikes yet!
The Style 1 will fit nearly any motorcycle that uses two bolts to attach the seat to the subframe (16" max length between the bolts—if longer, email us at info@highline-recreation.com and we'll make you a special one at no extra charge).
Many other motorcycles have attachment points that work well with the Tugger™. E-mail us your application and we'll see what we can do!
For some applications, you may need additional length. The plastic webbing retainers can be cut off so the buckle can be moved to the very end of the webbing.
Style 2 Front Tugger™
If it has front forks this will fit!Front Tugger™
If words like "Blackwater" and "Erzburg" get your blood pumping, then you will immediately see the importance of having a front Tugger™! The Style 2 Tugger™ mounts to the front forks, providing a handy place to grab when you get in those situations where someone else is pulling on your bike. You hard-core enduro riders will love it! And let's fact it: we all get into nasty situations occasionally - that's part of the fun! Watch this video and you'll see what we mean: Extreme Enduro video The tire is slippery and muddy and will cause a loop-out if you're on a hill because you're lifting as well as pulling. The fender is too slippery and muddy, and most handlebars don't have a crossbar to grab. The Style 2 Tugger™ comes in handy in the nastiest of situations or even just loading your machine into the truck. The front Tugger™ is made from the finest materials available. Like the rest of the Tugger™ line, it is built to work well, look good, and last. And for you adults riding with your child, the front Tugger™ is especially handy for helping your child through nasty situations while allowing him to maintain balance and control.
